Build, manage, and set direction, schedules, prioritizations for teams and partners as a whole as well as for individual team member success.
Identify and solve systemic, organizational-wide problems, influence, and build relationships. Partner with Product Engineering & Platforms and Cross-Digital Functions to define needs to support strategic planning and metrics, program requirements, and scope. Maintain roadmaps, backlogs, pipelines & forecasts.

As a cross-functional partner, lead technical discussions and be a thought leader during product reviews and be responsible for designing and executing process and strategy frameworks that facilitate product-related goal setting, and business impact.
Articulate to stakeholders your team's scheduling, priorities, requirements, goals, and milestones. Integrate your project delivery & technical knowledge, subject-matter expertise, and understanding of frameworks, platforms, groups, trends to and influence business direction through data-driven analysis & outcomes.
Envision, forecast, develop and manage end-to-end project & agile delivery plans and ensure on-time delivery & execution, and operational effectiveness.
Provide hands-on agile, project program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post-implementation phases; while recognizing the full lifecycle of concept to execution, delivery to operations & sustainment.
Perform risk and change management on projects.
Influence program/product direction and simplify complexity.

Minimum Qualifications
B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience.12+ years of software industry experience, including platform & systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience. Web, digital, large scale applications and/or APIs engineering & operations are a must.7+ years of people management experience leading teams to deliver technical programs or products from inception to delivery, to operations, sustainment, DevOps.Must have experience with delivering large scale eCommerce solutionsExperience communicating and representing work to senior leadership and framing discussions to gain valuable feedback and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products. Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.Experience establishing and leading teams through multi-disciplinary relationships, including product management and engineering to drive product impact.Coach and mentor other scrum masters in our teamActing as a Scrum Master for the teamPlay a role in performance management, giving personal feedback to team membersDevelop and manage project time lines and resources utilizing Agile methodologies for various size projectsOversee the deliverables of cross functional teams, vendors and business resourcesDefine requirements, estimate resources, schedule deliverables, budget and manage costs, motivate teams, resolve conflicts, assess and reduce risks, and adhere to standard methodology and quality processesDevelop and proactively manage project plans specifying goals, strategy, scheduling, and identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resourcesFosters open communication across teams cross-functionally within the organization to identify cross-team development dependencies and expose risks early and oftenMust have experience with delivering large scale eCommerce solutionsNeeds to be able to identify appropriate technical and business KPIs that would be leveraged to validate Product ROINeeds experience with interpreting data points to identify areas of opportunity for enhancing a consumer eCommerce experienceShould have experience with positively collaborating with multiple delivery teams that are geo-diverseShould have experience with preparing and prioritizing products for PI planningDemonstrate total ownership of products from origination through deployment
