Additional Job Description: Minimum Qualifications + B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience. + 12+ years of software industry experience, including platform & systems engineering, hardware engineering, or technical product/program management experience. Web, digital, large scale applications and/or APIs engineering & operations are a must. + 7+ years of people management experience leading teams to deliver technical programs or products from inception to delivery, to operations, sustainment, DevOps. + Must have experience with delivering large scale eCommerce solutions + Experience communicating and representing work to senior leadership and framing discussions to gain valuable feedback and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products. + Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems. + Experience establishing and leading teams through multi-disciplinary relationships, including product management and engineering to drive product impact. + Coach and mentor other scrum masters in our team + Acting as a Scrum Master for the team + Play a role in performance management, giving personal feedback to team members + Develop and manage project time lines and resources utilizing Agile methodologies for various size projects + Oversee the deliverables of cross functional teams, vendors and business resources + Define requirements, estimate resources, schedule deliverables, budget and manage costs, motivate teams, resolve conflicts, assess and reduce risks, and adhere to standard methodology and quality processes + Develop and proactively manage project plans specifying goals, strategy, scheduling, and identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources + Fosters open communication across teams cross-functionally within the organization to identify cross-team development dependencies and expose risks early and often + Must have experience with delivering large scale eCommerce solutions + Needs to be able to identify appropriate technical and business KPIs that would be leveraged to validate Product ROI + Needs experience with interpreting data points to identify areas of opportunity for enhancing a consumer eCommerce experience + Should have experience with positively collaborating with multiple delivery teams that are geo-diverse + Should have experience with preparing and prioritizing products for PI planning + Demonstrate total ownership of products from origination through deployment Jira – must Jira Align - must Confluence – must Schedule / Project Management must Preferred Qualifications Experience with organizational design and building teams for scale.
