Summary of Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior, Technical Program Manager to execute cybersecurity related initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally across the organization on major projects and play a critical role in delivering cybersecurity capabilities to the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical program and project management and will have applied those skills to technology software implementations.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Develop and manage complex projects and programs to expedite deployment of critical cybersecurity related initiativesManage communications across stakeholders, vendors, network, engineering, operations teams and application owners impacted by the programDevelop and manage metrics and communications to leadership and across the organizationDrive the development of key goals, objectives and success criteria for the projects.Work closely with the cybersecurity team to ensure successful project delivery.Develop plans, track, and manage the program schedule and task details included in the technical program plan.Coordinate requirements, delivery schedules, milestone management, etc, managing all elements of project planning and execution, including:Identify resources required to support the project(s) and define roles and responsibilitiesPlanning scope, deliverables and schedulesAchieving target milestonesDeveloping individual contributor assignments and schedulesDevelop escalation process for the project.Communicate and manage priorities with project teamsEnsures clear communication and alignment with stakeholders on project status, progress, risks, and issuesDevelop standard frameworks, templates, and repeatable processes for overseeing the execution of the projectsContinuously improve program management methodologies for tracking and reporting

Qualifications Expected For Position

7+ years of project management or program management experience, including some of those years leading technology software or cybersecurity implementation.Proven track record of successfully managing technical projects from initiation to completionBS degree in a technical field such as Cybersecurity, Engineering, Computer Science, related field or relevant work experience.Expertise in developing detailed plans for complex projects involving challenging requirements, limited resources and fixed deadlinesExpertise with project management concepts, practices, tools and proceduresStrong project management and organizational skills, with keen attention to detailGood communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to prepare and present reports to upper managementExperience collaborating on projects with geographically-dispersed team members
