4.\tActive Directory experience (Fundamentals with hands-on experience)
5.\tO365 Admin Console experience (Fundamentals with hands-on experience)
6.\tKnowledge of PowerShell scripts (Fundamentals with hands-on experience)
7.\tIT Ticketing tool experience
8.\tGood Written & Verbal Communication Skills (Non-voice process)
9.\tAdvanced Customer Service & Interpersonal Skills to work & serve multicultural clients & customers
