Responsibilities:

Conduct testing and troubleshooting of complex electronic productsPerform system level functional testing and verificationCollaborate with the engineering team to determine test requirementsDevelop and implement test procedures and protocolsMaintain accurate records of tests performed and results obtainedIdentify and recommend improvements to testing procedures and equipmentAssist in the training and mentoring of junior technicians

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent experience; associate degree preferredProven experience as a Test Technician in a manufacturing environmentStrong knowledge of electronic testing methods and equipmentExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to strictly adhere to safety protocols and quality standardsExceptional attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision
