Sr. Total Rewards Analyst - Compensation and Benefits
Honeywell announced the spin off its Advanced Materials business into an independent, U.S. publicly traded company. This role is designed to support the spin activities, as well as ongoing support of the newly established company.
As a Sr. Total Rewards Analyst, you will be accountable for developing and implementing comprehensive total rewards strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and manage performance-driven compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Your role will involve conducting market research, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to drive a pay for performance culture and enhance employee engagement.
You will report directly to the Sr. HR Services Manager and work out of our Morris Plains, NJ location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization in several ways. You will conduct market research for compensation and benefits programs, design and implement compensation plans, including base salary, incentives, and equity programs. Manage employee benefits programs, such as health, wellness, retirement, and employee assistance. Ensure compliance with compensation and benefits laws and regulations. Work with HR business partners to develop effective communication strategies for total rewards. Provide guidance and facilitate HR and management on compensation and benefits matters.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct market research to ensure performance-driven compensation and benefits programs
• Design and implement compensation plans, including base salary, incentives, and equity programs
• Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health and wellness, retirement, and employee assistance programs
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
• Work with HR business partners to develop effective communication strategies on total rewards
• Provide guidance and facilitate HR and management on compensation and benefits matters

**In October 2024, Honeywell announced the spin-off of our Advanced Materials business to become a stand-alone publicly traded company, independent of Honeywell. Our intention is that this role, dedicated to the Advanced Materials business, will be a part of this future transaction when the separation occurs.**
YOU MUST HAVE
• 3+ years of experience in compensation and benefits research and design
• Strong research skills and ability to conduct market research
• In-depth knowledge of compensation and benefits laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
WE VALUE
• Postgraduate education in HR or MBA a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation
• Experience with HRIS systems, advanced skills in excel and data analysis
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Able to work effectively across multiple functions and businesses with diverse needs and requirements
• Excellent organization and execution skills with ability to support several projects simultaneously
