You will help shape and deliver the next evolution of UKG’s design system by serving and enabling our design, product and engineering community. We are passionate about building high quality products that helps employers become great places to work.  About the role: Continue to develop, maintain, and evolve UKG’s design system, including components, patterns, and guidelines to ensure consistency across the enterprise product portfolio. Mature and evolve the Bryte AI brand and design system in partnership with the UX architects, engineers and product teams. Establish and manage design system documentation, promoting its adoption across product teams. Collaborate with engineers to integrate design system components into the development process. Build and maintain cross functional relationships across the UX, product and engineering teams and help drive the adoption of the system. Partner with the accessibility design team to ensure the Ignite design system continues to uphold a market-leading accessibility standard. Champion an implementation framework for accessibility and inclusion in both the design and development process.  Facilitate regular retrospectives and gather feedback from director-level stakeholders, peers in product design, accessibility and development teams. Report team and system progress regularly to key stakeholders and using adoption analytics to help inform executive-level decision making and continued investment.  About You:  You have a passion for design and thrive in the intersection between UX and front-end delivery. You possess extraordinary systems design skills and have proven experience building an enterprise system that has successfully been adopted at scale. While exercising a good eye for aesthetics, you can grasp and distill user problems and translate them into delightful and engaging solutions that provide clear customer value. You inspire your team, your peers, and our UX community with your vision, expertise, and practical experience. In this role, you work closely with UX designers and the Ignite systems team to clearly identify the outcomes we hope to achieve, explore potential solutions for customer pain points, pitch concepts, create and present designs, and advocate for the user experience across the organization.  Basic Qualifications: Familiarity with Adobe After Effects, Figma, Framer, Rive, ProtoPie, Jitter, or similar tools are key. Portfolio that showcases the design systems you've created or largely contributed to for complex enterprise products, including AI experiences 5+ years of experience designing and launching for both desktop and mobile channels, ideally with SaaS enterprise companies Deep expertise in designing usable, accessible, and modular systems that can scale to meet the needs and desires for millions of diverse users Expert in building and maintaining a large-scale Figma library, including experience with Figma variables. Communicating even complex concepts with clarity - verbally and in writing, in person and virtual. Comfortable designing for various front-end technologies and frameworks (such as Angular React, Ember, Material, Bootstrap, Ionic)  Preferred Qualifications:Background in motion design for creating engaging and intuitive user experiences.
