**Pay Range:** $41.88 - $70.36 per hour

**Summary:**
Are you a seasoned Unified Communications (UC) Engineer looking to make a meaningful impact?
As a Senior UC Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining a cutting-edge Cisco VoIP environment that keeps our organization connected. Your expertise will drive the architecture of our communication systems—including phone networks, VOIP, cloud services, and connectivity—ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. Beyond technical execution, you’ll lead large-scale implementation projects, develop strategic roadmaps, and mentor colleagues, fostering growth and innovation within the team. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of our Unified Communications landscape.
This role requires participation in a 24x7x365 on-call rotation, including periodic after-hours support, ensuring reliability in a fast-paced healthcare environment. If you’re passionate about technology, problem-solving, and making an impact, we’d love to have you on our team!
**Job Qualifications:**
Education
+ Associate Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (2 years combination of relevant experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree)
+ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field strongly preferred.
Work Experience
**Required:**
+ At least 5 years demonstrated success designing, configuring, and supporting Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure.
+ At least5 years demonstrated success troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose problems in large- scale voice implementations.
+ At least5 years demonstrated success translating business needs into operational requirements.
+ At least5 years demonstrated success managing multiple projects simultaneously.
+ At least5 years demonstrated success as mentoring and teaching others on Unified Communications technologies.
**Preferred:**
+ 3+ years relevant experience in a Healthcare setting
+ 3+ years relevant experience in IT, Business Operations, Project Management, Analytics or Monitoring
+ 3+ years relevant experience supporting Cisco or similar UCaaS solutions.
+ 3+ years relevant experience supporting Cisco CCE; creating and modifying scripts.
+ 3+ years relevant experience supporting Calabrio suite of products.
+ 3+ years relevant experience supporting Genesys CX cloud or similar CCaaS solutions.
Licenses & Certifications:

+ CCNP Collaboration Certification
+ CCNA Certification
