Responsibilities Independently Completes VDC Coordination and Reality Capture processes with little supervisionSupports the implementation of Baseline and Enterprise VDC standardsUnderstands and applies Building Information Modeling (BIM) Standards and Specifications (BS&S) and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) on projectsResponsible for the quality and execution of day-to-day VDC project deliverables and processes; relays project issues and staffing and equipment challenges to the VDC Manager as neededMay assist in drafting project coordination schedule and reviewing with the VDC ManagerCoaches and mentors less experienced team members in other regions/Business Units (BUs)Communicates with internal and external project teams; facilitates meetings to resolve project issues, review schedules, or other project documentationUtilizes 3D design software to identify, communicate, and resolve project challengesUtilize Reality Capture technology, such as laser scanning and drones, to support project deliverablesCombines all building discipline models into the coordination modelReviews the coordination model for constructability issues utilizing the software’s clash detection capabilitiesAssigns responsible party(s) for issue resolution; verifies and documents with meeting minutes, submittals, RFIs, and updated modelsDisplays areas of subject matter expertiseGains exposure to various project delivery methods and market sectors, and how to apply VDCParticipates in BU office and department activities including orientation programs, training sessions, and peer group meetingsResponsible for 2-4 project VDC deliverables under little supervisionSupports a positive and inclusive work environment QualificationsEXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Building Information Modeling (BIM) or related field3-4 years of VDC Coordination experienceOr equivalent combination of education and experienceKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

For New York, NY this ranges from $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
