About the job:
The Sr Vertical Solutions Consultant is responsible for retaining current customers and increasing market share in a competitive marketplace. The role is one of deep consultation with key decision makers and is tasked with uniquely positioning LexisNexis’ solutions, specifically for our Auto vertical.
You'll Be Responsible For:
Building new prospect leads and guiding them through the sales cycle to attract new customers and expand engagement with current customers.Forecasting and delivering revenue targets. Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships with senior level stakeholders.Developing and maintaining a strong knowledge of our Auto vertical solutions.Strategic and consultative business development - listening to our customers' motivations, needs and pain points. Driving and facilitating initial scoping, proposition discovery and solutioning sessions with customers.Contributing innovative ideas and market feedback to Sales Management, Vertical Market Leadership, and Product Management that are helpful for developing and/or enhancing product offerings.Developing quotes, proposals and contracts for prospective customers. Negotiating contract renewals, restructuring commercial deals and selling new transformative solutions.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.7+ years of Enterprise or SaaS solutions sales experience. Insurance industry experience preferred.Excellent ability to structure complex deals with multiple components (Implementation, consumption tiers, term, languages, modules, etc). Possess a highly consultative approach to sales, understanding of our value proposition and are able to adapt it to the needs of a prospect.Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and oral.Ability to travel up to 20%.Learn more about the LexisNexis Risk team and our culture here.
