Primary Purpose Perform a variety of administrative, financial and analytical functions in support of the work control and long-range planning process. Develop and analyze performance metrics to be used in organizational decision-making and leadership. Develop and present detailed performance reports. Monitor and report on regional level budget. Perform financial and operational analysis. Develop recommendations for performance improvement. Monitor system reporting tools. Report development, including PowerBI reports, through an understanding of interfacing programs and back-end databases. Performance of regional level budget & financial analysis. Provide data on a daily basis to support operational awareness across the system. Position may be required to work extended hours for coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies. Primary Duties Develop and analyze reports/metrics using Brio, Access and Excel to support the requirements of company-wide performance measurements, financial status, crew productivity, and work management effectiveness. Analyze work performance metrics to identify trends in scope, schedule and budget that may jeopardize attaining system goals. Develop recommendations for performance improvement. Perform regional or state level budget analysis. Monitor and ensure compliance with work management policies and procedures This includes the monitoring analysis tool performance and assisting report users with problem resolution. Interface with various IT support personnel to discuss changes in functionality, software upgrades, and software bugs. Manage performance measurement tool outages and software update projects. Prepare design specifications, technical documentation, process and procedures and user communications for developed indicators and measures. Job Scope Day-to-day contact with financial and operational analysts and other users to analyze complex technical issues and develop new measures and process functionality. Day-to-day contact with IT personnel to resolve technical issues and to design, test and implement program changes. Although this position does not require direct supervision of Exelon personnel, it does require providing oversight for contractors, consultants, vendors and support personnel. Work involves managing the real-time operations of work management systems, programs, and reports, which includes all of the scheduling operations, reports and interfaces between systems. Minimum Qualifications Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering AND 4-7 years related business experience, or in lieu of Bachelor's degree, 6-9 years relevant business experience is required. Thorough understanding of the EED organization, work management IT systems, operational dependencies and work management policy and procedures. 2 Years experience with Passport Work Management module and scheduling process. 4 years' experience analyzing data in a relational database environment, including Access, & Oracle Experience using the assigned tools (PassPort, Brio, Access, PV). Experience using the application development process with a focus on defining requirements, identifying constraints, and developing test scenarios to provide effective system enhancements. Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills. The ability to organize, lead and delegate responsibility. Preferred Qualifications Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
