This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building. **What You’ll Do:** • First point of contact for all those entering the facility. Greet them with a friendly and welcoming demeanor. Issue visitor and parking passes and follow security protocols. • Make a memorable first impression by greeting everyone in a polite and professional manner. • Create presentations and speak to various-sized groups. • Acknowledge inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers. Provide solutions in a professional customer service-driven manner. • Organize and manage on-site events. This includes securing event space, set up and tear down of the room, and delivery of supplies. • Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities. Establish work schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Set and track staff and department deadlines. Mentor and coach as needed. • Build positive working relationships with Business Segment leaders. • Escalate inquiries or complaints from employees, guests, and co-workers. • Conduct weekly building rounds/site inspections. Make notes of any issues/concerns. Complete maintenance and janitorial work orders, as needed. • Manage janitorial or maintenance work orders as needed. Coordinate and execute workplace services including mail, office supply services, and onboarding. • Provide support for the Facility team, as needed, to ensure equipment and site are in working order. • Always enforce safety standards with employees, clients, and vendors. Assist in the completion of the Service Business Continuity plan. • Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives. • Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. • May establish new techniques to ensure objectives are met. • Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values **What You Will Need** **Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future** + High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years of job-related experience. Prior shift leader or supervisory experience strongly preferred. + Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred. + In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required. + Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information. + Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. + Excellent organizational skills with a master-level inquisitive mindset Ability to work requiring significant walking or through other means of mobility. This includes standing in position for extended periods, reaching, bending, stooping, pushing and/or pulling, and frequently lifting up to 40 lbs. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Sr Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $70,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Sr Workplace Experience Coordinator position is $75,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
