The opportunity 

 We are looking for Sr. Account Executives to take RIVS to the next level. The qualified individual would target enterprise and mid-market accounts.  

 This is a full life cycle sales job that requires you to:

Identify and prioritize target accounts with your assigned Business Development Rep Prospect and set up meetings with VP level contacts via cold calling, Linkedin, and email Learn and execute the Solution Sales methodology of selling Solve problems, help organizations identify bottlenecks in their recruitment process and assess the costs of those problems. Conduct product demonstrations with multiple stakeholders including technical, user, and economic buyers. Closing Ongoing sales and support. Once an account is brought on you will work with our Customer Success Team to ensure the service is adopted properly and look for upsell opportunities.

Requirements

Positive attitude Fearless Minimum 2 years of consultative sales experience Bachelor degree Consultative selling experience in either SaaS or recruitment products is a plus
