Sr. Account Manager, Grocery and Retail

Uber provides a truly open culture that encourages all to voice their thoughts. **About the Role** Grocery & Retail (GR) is a fast-growing business within Uber Eats that enables consumers to get just about anything delivered through the Uber Eats app. And GR Taiwan is a strategically important and successful market for UberEats globally. We are looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to help key partners across Grocery, Convenience and Retail grow their business sustainably whilst delivering the best experience to our users, with the goal of making Uber Eats their most loved delivery platform. **Your Impact:** - **Internal and external advocate**. Be the merchants' go-to person and navigate internal processes to provide the best outcome for the client and our market. - **Handle the big picture and the tiny details.** You are organized and always on top of your deadlines to ensure nothing gets missed. You also have an eye to the big picture and flourish by creating new ways to add to existing partnerships - **Build strong relationships with decision makers** at C-level while managing the day to day business for merchant partners **The Experience You’ll Bring:** - 6+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, ideally with enterprise clients. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. - Proven experience managing multi-million dollar accounts and developing long-term, strategic partnerships. - Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to address enterprise-level challenges and deliver tailored solutions. - Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments, such as marketing, operations, and customer support, to ensure client success and achieve business objectives. **Ideal Characteristics**: - Experience in account management, business development, sales or partner management required - Proven track record in building strong relationships with partners and achieving sales and business objectives - Commercial acumen. Understanding of how businesses and organizations work and how to navigate a partner's business - Hands on problem solver mindset, proactive, creative and flexible - Experience in the grocery and retail segment preferred - Project management and experience with **mass account management preferred** We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently.
