About the role
The Sr. Account Manager for Medical Device will build and maintain effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of Medical Device customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus.
Responsibilities:
Growing pipeline through active account management and executing a strategic account plan with the client
Managing complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through close
Creating targeted, solution-oriented proposals with appropriate positioning and pricing for software and services
Developing and tracking pipeline within assigned accounts utilizing CRM and reporting weekly forecast and opportunity progression
Working with clients and internal partners through issue resolution to drive customer satisfaction
Representing product portfolio through speaking engagements, industry events and trade shows
Requirements:
Have a technical aptitude with computer skills including Excel, Word, Powerpoint, CRM applications
Have excellent organizational and time management skills Demonstrate an ability to work in a team selling environment
Display functional knowledge of negotiation process
Have a solid understanding of solution selling value proposition
Have solid interpersonal and presentation skills to partner and collaborate across teams
Display proven experience generating new business sales
Have a Bachelors degree
