In this role, you will play a key part in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and supporting month-end close procedures. This position requires strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach to maintain compliance and optimize financial reporting. Responsibilities: • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records. • Conduct balance sheet reconciliations and identify discrepancies for resolution. • Manage bank reconciliations to maintain up-to-date cash flow records. • Oversee the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately. • Prepare and post journal entries to support financial reporting processes. • Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data and create detailed financial reports. • Lead month-end close activities, including preparing financial statements and adjusting entries. • Leverage NetSuite to streamline accounting operations and improve efficiency. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field. • Proficiency in account and balance sheet reconciliations. • Strong knowledge of bank reconciliations and general ledger management. • Experience with journal entries and month-end close procedures. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting. • Familiarity with NetSuite or similar accounting software. • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
