Description Job Title: Senior Accountant (Nonprofit – Temp-to-Hire)  Location: Central Oklahoma City Schedule: Monday–Friday, Full-Time (8-hour workday) Type: Temporary with strong potential to convert to permanent Job Summary: A well-established nonprofit organization in Central OKC is seeking a seasoned Senior Accountant to join their team on a temporary basis, with strong potential for permanent hire. This position is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a mission-driven environment and is well-versed in fund accounting, financial reporting, and investment tracking. Key Responsibilities: + Manage and prepare monthly and annual financial statements + Oversee fund accounting processes and ensure compliance with nonprofit standards + Track and reconcile investment activity and reporting + Perform account reconciliations and general ledger maintenance + Collaborate with internal teams to support budgeting and forecasting + Assist with audit preparation and compliance reporting + Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and SAGE Intacct Requirements Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required) + 5+ years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting + Strong background in fund accounting and financial statement preparation + Experience with investment tracking and reporting + Proficiency in QuickBooks and/or SAGE Intacct strongly preferred + Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
