This position is part of a team responsible for global accounting and statutory compliance of Crocs entities. This includes maintenance of an accurate and timely system of accounting which includes a comprehensive set of internal controls, preparing periodic financial reports, working with auditors on the financial statements, and supporting the business by providing reliable data. Our business is growing, and we are looking for someone who is eager to learn, can adopt to quick changes, willing to find root causes to a problem and proactively improve the processes.
Accounting and control:
Monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures based on US GAAP requirements Journal entry preparation and review Reconciliation of sub ledgers and general ledger accounts Ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and timely Ensure that at period-end all assets and liabilities are recorded accurately Continuously drive improvements to optimize processes & support process improvement including recommendations for training and updates to procedures

Liaise with corporate and global accounting teams Collaborate with shared service partners and other third-party business support partners Work closely with the Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Payroll, Tax, and Supply Chain teams What You'll Bring to the Table Diploma or Degree in Accounting 6-8 years in accounting SAP knowledge is a requirement Advanced Excel user Technical knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS Experience with SOX / Internal Control Strong English, both verbal and writing; other languages are an advantageThe Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
