Description We are in search of a Sr. Accountant for a short term contract employment opportunity in Jupiter, Florida. The selected candidate will be primarily involved in the real estate industry, handling HOA accounting and CAM management for 25 properties. The role also encompasses comprehensive work with account reconciliation, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close processes. Responsibilities • Manage HOA accounting and CAM management across various properties • Oversee assessment and billing procedures • Maintain the general ledger and perform balance sheet reconciliation • Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy • Prepare and input journal entries into Microsoft Excel • Conduct month-end close processes promptly and accurately • Utilize Dataproc for efficient data processing • Carry out CAM reconciliation as needed Requirements • Applicant must have advanced skills in Account Reconciliation • Proficiency in Balance Sheet Reconciliation is required • Experience with Bank Reconciliations is necessary • Knowledge of General Ledger management is expected • Ability to prepare and manage Journal Entries is crucial • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory • Demonstrated experience with Month End Close procedures is required • Experience in CAM Reconciliation is highly desirable • Knowledge of CAD - CAM is a plus • Prior experience working with HOA is advantageous • Familiarity with Dataproc is beneficial Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
