Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Accountant in Palm City, Florida. This role primarily functions within the accounting industry and requires the individual to collaborate with the controller on various tasks such as month-end close, reporting, projections, and budgeting. The individual will also work extensively with data and should be proficient in Excel. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Controller on various accounting tasks • Participate in the month-end close process • Generate accurate financial reports • Prepare financial projections and forecasts • Maintain and update budgeting documents • Utilize Excel for various accounting tasks and data analysis • Perform account and balance sheet reconciliations • Handle bank reconciliations • Manage the general ledger and make necessary journal entries • Utilize Jonas Club Software in accounting tasks.
