In this role, you will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, analyzing, and reporting on complex financial data, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, depreciation schedules, cash flow, and regulatory filings. This is a full time position located at our Kewaunee facility. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR + Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 5 to 7 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. + Certifications: CPA, CMA, or other relevant certifications are a plus. + Skills: + Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations. + Experience in preparing and analyzing complex financial reports. + Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance to colleagues. + Proficiency in financial software and tools. WHAT YOU’LL DO + Perform complex accounting activities, ensuring financial records are accurate and compliant with regulations. + Reconcile accounts and verify journal entries for accuracy. + Prepare detailed financial reports, providing senior management with critical insights for decision-making. + Offer technical accounting advice to managers across various departments to support budgeting, financial reporting, and management of financial duties. + Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial reporting processes and optimize workflow efficiency.
