Description
We are in the process of recruiting a Sr. Accountant. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity, where the Sr. Accountant will be involved in a variety of tasks including general accounting duties, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting with general accounting duties as needed
• Performing bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy
• Creating and posting journal entries to the general ledger
• Assisting with the month-end close process
• Utilizing SAP software for various accounting tasks
• Using Microsoft Excel for data analysis, including vlookup and pivot tables functions.
Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required.
• Demonstrable experience with Balance Sheet Reconciliation is necessary.
• Familiarity with Bank Reconciliations is a must.
• Proficiency in managing the General Ledger is required.
• Ability to handle Journal Entries effectively is necessary.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Experience with Month End Close procedures is required.
• Familiarity with SAP software is necessary.
