Description Robert Half is looking for a senior accountant for a growing Cincinnati based company. The senior accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records and ensures that financial transactions are properly recorded. Ensures the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger. Prepares complex balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports. Analyzes current costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. May guide or review the work of support staff. Requirements • The candidate should hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Sr. Accountant • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required • Expertise in Balance Sheet Reconciliation is mandatory • Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations is necessary • Familiarity with General Ledger maintenance is crucial • Ability to create and manage Journal Entries is expected • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is needed • Experience in Month End Close procedures is required • Knowledge of NetSuite software is a plus • Familiarity with Oracle software is beneficial • Experience in using SAP software is desirable Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
