Providing recommendation and action to clear the items in ISMT/SAT based on the audit findings

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, processing, and resolving accurate and timely shipment audit in ISMT/SAT for 2 countries, Romania & Slovakia. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

What You’ll Do

Timely, complete and accurate processing of ISMT/SAT shipment audit for 2 countries RO & SK.Providing recommendation and action to clear the items in ISMT/SAT based on the audit findingsTimely completion of the necessary reportsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.Meet productivity and quality standards, including timely and accurate processing of shipment in ISMT/SATResolving Issues or concerns of countriesBack up for other staff in case on leavePerform other duties as assigned by management.

Your Skills & Requirements

Business Administration preferably Accounting GraduateWith at least 3 years working experience in Accounting preferably in Billing or Reconciliation or other related field - PreferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication and written skills in EnglishProficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.High level of accuracy and attention to detail and can work with minimum supervisionAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
