Sr. Accounts Receivable Specialist

Our client is seeking a Sr. Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. As a Sr. Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will be part of the Credit Services department supporting the National Credit Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to customer service which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Sr. Accounts Receivable Specialist
**Location:** Edmonton, AB
**Job Description:**
+ Contact clients regarding outstanding balances.
+ Perform account reconciliations which may include processing minor write-offs.
+ Work with Customer Service Representatives and the sales team when billing issues arise.
+ Ensure timely resolution to customer disputes and maintain thorough and accurate documentation of customer issues.
+ Provide analysis and feedback that may offer process improvement and/or efficiencies.
**Qualifications:**
+ Three to five years of cash to sale, B2B, collection experience.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
+ Basic mathematical skills; fundamental accounting skills helpful.
+ Ability to analyze, reconcile, and solve problems.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
