Sr. Administration Assistant

The Sr. Administrative Assistant will be the point person that ensures smooth operations for the US Head of Digital and Marketing and the broader team. The responsibilities will include a diverse range of tasks, mainly managing calendar and correspondences, screening emails, responding to routine inquiries, and drafting and sending communications on behalf of Executive.

As our Sr. Administration Assistant you will:

Manage calendars and scheduling appointments: Manage appointments, trainings, team meetings, booking travel, submitting expenses, etc. for the Executive and other members of the CDM team.Manage correspondence: Be responsible for screening emails and responding to routine inquiries.Coordinate events and meetings: Coordinate events and meetings, including booking venues and arranging catering and take notes during meetings.Update maintain the teams travel and expense budget monthly.Update maintain team distribution list and organizational chart.Provide general administrative support: Order supplies and branded merchandise.Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information, such as personnel records, and business strategies

For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $74,900.00 and $112,400.00

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
