Sr. Administrative Assistant
Description We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. The role involves managing calendars, overseeing budget management, and handling vendor relations, among other duties. This opportunity offers a contract to permanent employment situation. Responsibilities: Calendar management Heavy catering coordination for meetings and office events. Handling meeting scheduling and document preparation Overseeing budget management Resolving internal and external queries Handling vendor relations Managing confidential information C-Suite support Creating PowerPoint presentations Conference Call preparation and meeting minutes Requirements • Proven experience in an office management role. • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on Concur and CRM systems. • Exceptional organizational skills, with expertise in calendar management and scheduling for top-level executives. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with team members and external stakeholders. • Experience in coordinating and arranging conference calls, including the management of all related logistics. • Ability to handle confidential information, demonstrating a high level of discretion and integrity. • Experience in preparing and managing expense reports, with an emphasis on accuracy and timeliness. • Ability to coordinate catering and other logistics for meetings and events. • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels, including top-level executives. • Strong problem-solving skills, with an ability to think quickly and perform well in a fast-paced setting.
