Description
We are providing a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Administrative Assistant in the non-profit sector, based in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Sr. Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our operations, handling a wide range of tasks including communication, calendar management, and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently manage CEO's calendar, schedule appointments and meetings personal and professional
• Handle a high volume of phone-based work, including conference calls
• Maintain accurate records and process customer credit applications
• Provide assistance in the upkeep of the office and perform errands as needed
• Manage and process expense reports using financial software like ADP
• Utilize CRM tools for efficient communication and record-keeping
• Coordinate with other team members and provide assistance when necessary
• Use tools like Cisco Webex Meetings for virtual meetings and presentations
• Contribute to budget processes and financial management tasks
• Show proficiency in tools like Concur, About Time, and other relevant software
• Possess knowledge of the Healthcare Industry and Mental Health sector, applying it to daily tasks
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required, showcasing your ability to multitask effectively.
Requirements • Must have experience in the Non-Profit industry
• Prior role as a Sr. Administrative Assistant or similar administrative role is preferred
• Proficient in using ADP - Financial Services for payroll and other financial processes
• Experience in creating and managing Banner Ads for promotional purposes
• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings for organizing and conducting virtual meetings
• Proficiency in using Concur for travel and expense management
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for managing client interactions
• Experience with About Time software for efficient time tracking
• Understanding of Budget Processes and ability to assist in budget development and monitoring
• Proficient in Calendar Management to organize and schedule appointments and meetings
• Strong Communication skills for effective internal and external correspondence
• Experience in conducting Conference Calls and virtual meetings
• Knowledge of the HealthCare Industry and its administrative requirements
• Understanding of Mental Health issues and the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion TalentMatch®
