Location: Odessa, TXCompensation: $30/hourAssigment Duration: 12 months+Work Schedule: M-F / 40 hours+ / OT is expectedBenefits: Comprehensive benefits with 401(K), PTO and Holidays Responsibilities Assure all visitors/suppliers are signed in and the Client employee is aware they are thereAnswer any questions they may have and go to the end of the building to open the gate for all deliveriesAnswer questions and explain what they need to do for people stopping in to apply for employmentAlways be friendly and happy and show them the Client is a great place to workIf contract labor workers come to work on anything in the shop, go through the contractor orientation before they are allowed to go back and work ensuring they have proper PPETake care of all the needs of the Client employees not working for the Overhaul Shop but office thereOrder office supplies, sort mail, collect packages and anything else they requireEnsure all supplies downstairs, upstairs and North building are full, Copy paper, Coffee, Water, Etc.Keep an eye on the cameras to insure no one goes into the facility without signing inAnswer all employees’ questions and direct them to the appropriate Client Department that can assist them, help with email issues, sign on issues, computer issues, required learning assistanceAnswer questions about their PTO, etcHandle all new hire paperwork for our shop as well as Grand Prix and ES&HAssist with credit card questions. Go over every day the previous day’s purchases and make sure they are coded correctly, and any notes are there regarding the purchase for the supervisor to seeProcess all mail dailyVehicle tracking for ARI. Upload all inspections to ARI and make copies of anything for the trucks and file them according to unit numbers. Distribute all necessary paperwork for the trucksSchedule meetings for the training room/conference rooms. Coordinate meals, drinks or other items they may needPrepare documents, spreadsheets, power point, attendee list and any other documents needed Qualifications Ability to type 50+ WPMSoftware skills / web-based program skills: Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Share Point, etc. Organizational skills: ability to establish and maintain sustainable administrative processesInitiative: ability to work independently with minimal guidance Event planning skills: cost consciousness and knowledge of Permian area venues, caterers, printing resources preferredWorks well under highly adaptive and quickly changing environmentWillingness to serve othersHigh School diploma or GED
