We are hiring for a Senior Practice Performance Advisor to join our Provider Relations Team.
Collaboration Opportunities:
The Senior Practice Performance Advisor will be primarily responsible for primary care physician IPA (Individual Practice Association and/or MSO (Management Services Organization) engagement which includes performance management, expand Evolent’s services across other payors contracted with IPA/MSO, and maintaining positive working relationships. The person selected will also serve as the primary liaison between PCP (Primary Care Physician) entity and Evolent’s internal departments to address and resolve issues as needed. The Senior Practice Performance Advisor will also conduct provider in-servicing which provides a clear interpretation of Evolent’s scope and services.
What You Will Be Doing:
Establish solid relationships with leadership at key IPAs/MSOs Maintain comprehensive MSO practice profile to include organizational chart, affiliated health plans, corresponding membership by line of business, geographic coverage, and payor delegated administrative functionsMitigate and address root cause related to leakage incurred with each IPA/MSOMeet with practice leadership regularly to share Evolent network performance results to help inform and drive volume into high performing providersWork closely with the Growth team to further expand services across IPA/MSO payor panelLead JOCs with key practices to include but not limited to referral patterns, leakage performance, population health measures on respective membershipResponsible for all new market implementation activities related to PCP onboarding, including but not limited to client introductory meetingsParticipate during internal Product and Innovation forums on building PCP facing tools that increase Evolent’s value while improving performanceQualifications – Required and Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of 6-9 years relevant work experienceMust reside in FloridaStrong background in value based/full risk PCP MSO/IPA arrangements related to Medicare Advantage and other governmental programsExperience in healthcare administration with strong emphasis in Provider Operations and/or Network Development/Provider Contracting strategiesExcellent verbal, writing and presentation skills, and interpersonal skillsExtremely organized and detail oriented with exceptional follow through skillsAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; can adapt quickly to changeAbility to influence change to improve provider experienceStrong knowledge of Microsoft programs (i.e. Word, Excel, SharePoint)Ability to travel as needed (% depends on market)Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)Technical Requirements:
We require that all employees have the following technical capability at their home: High speed internet over 10 Mbps and, specifically for all call center employees, the ability to plug in directly to the home internet router. These at-home technical requirements are subject to change with any scheduled re-opening of our office locations.

The expected base salary/wage range for this position is $70 - 75K. This position is also eligible for a bonus component that would be dependent on pre-defined performance factors. As part of our total compensation package, Evolent is proud to offer comprehensive benefits (including health insurance benefits) to qualifying employees. All compensation determinations are based on the skills and experience required for the position and commensurate with experience of selected individuals, which may vary above and below the stated amounts.
