Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $120,000/Year to $160,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Seasoned Martech business consultant 10+ years’ experience
Familiar with overall Adobe ecosystem capabilities
Multiple Adobe certifications accreditations
AEP Launch/Tags RT-CDP Analytics Target Marketo Engage
Responsibilities
General familiarity with various Martech
Systems integration experience: middleware iPaaS APIs etc.
Translate business requirements to IT specifications
Lead the end-to-end blueprints and solutions for (not limited to) Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) implementations including Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RTCDP) Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics.
Provide thought leadership and guidance to business teams including best practices for customer data platforms and journey orchestration
Lead client workshops and presentations articulating solution capabilities and benefits to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Beneficial: Business practitioner certifications for RT-CDP AJO or CJA
