For more information, please visit www.cbreim.com. **About the role** The Commercial Asset Management Sr. Analyst provides wide-ranging support to teams responsible for the financial and operational oversight of CBRE Investment Management portfolios in the USA. This support would include, but not be limited to, the evaluation and analysis of potential acquisitions, dispositions, lease transactions, as well as the operational strategy of a select portfolio of assets. **What you will do** •Assist with financial analysis of commercial real estate properties including operating, budget and variance review, and appraisals. •Perform various financial analysis activities including financial reporting, analyzing project metrics, modeling, and cost analysis. •Perform the financial analysis of various real estate transactions including leases and dispositions. Most common forms of analysis include NPV, IRR, payback, and net effective rent calculations. •Review accuracy of information provided and responds to requests from management. •Maintain and update asset level software (ARGUS) on a quarterly basis, to include Pertinent leasing updates, Review of market and submarket fundamentals, and Capital expenditure forecasting. •Monitor property financials to assess performance versus budgets. •Participate in frequent discussions with third party brokerage firms regarding potential transactions and relevant market conditions •Prepare internal documents for review of material transactions (Investment Committee). •Supports the Asset Manager with investment proposals and is part of the team during investment execution. •Support various real estate team initiatives **What you will need** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
