Sr. Analyst, Contract Management - Irvine, CA

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring flawless contract administration and driving the success of our commercial strategy. As a key member of the Commercial Operations team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and contribute to our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Administer contracts, amendments, and notices in accordance with contracting guidelines and approved templates for GPO’s, GPE’s, IDN’s, Hospitals, Physicians and Government customers.
+ Prepare, review, and execute RFI’s and RFP’s for GPO’s, IDN’s, Hospitals and Government.
+ Review contractual requests and collaborate with District Sales Management to develop offers that align with Mentor's commercial pricing strategy driving revenue and growth.
+ Monitor contracts through their lifecycle including system setup, price loading, records management, roster management, letters of commitment, and renewals.
+ Manage tier pricing strategy including analysis, price integrity, implementation, and customer communication; process reconciliations among internal systems when required.
+ Collaborate with Contract Manager to support the pursuit of contract automation from initiation, negotiation, execution, and compliance.
+ Solicit cross functional partnerships within Mentor and the broader J&J organization including Sales, Finance, IT and Marketing to operationalize business objectives and identify solutions to complex problems by leveraging best practices; maintain leadership roles on special projects and continuously pursue avenues for process improvement.
+ Proactively support the design and implementation of systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency.
+ Team collaboration to administer the Contract and Pricing Committee (CPC) process from request to assessment; provide monthly metrics to management on hospital and physician contractual obligations, CPC exception trends, and pricing strategies utilizing quantitative metrics to drive innovative business decisions across the core breast product portfolio.
+ Manage government contracting obligations with a broad understanding of requirements as well as the general legal and compliance environment.
+ Provide reports and data to sales management as requested, which may include department metrics, execution rates, promotion utilization, and purchase history.
+ Support the operations and contractual administration of Marketing programs and promotions, as needed.
**Qualifications**
Education:
+ A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is required.
+ A Master's degree or MBA is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
+ Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an analyst, paralegal or a related field.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
+ Experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
+ Data analytics skills.
+ Familiarity with MS Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, Qlik Analytics.
+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Other:
+ Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $77,000 to $124,200. For the California Bay area, the anticipated base pay range for this position is $89,000 to $142,600.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/ performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.

+ Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
