Senior Analyst, DEI&B at a glance…

You will support and advance our organization's commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B), overseeing the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to foster a more inclusive and equitable workplace.  

What's on the menu?

Data-Driven Insights: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, measure impact, and inform decision-making.

Program Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of DEI&B programs, initiatives and events.

Collaboration and Partnership: Build strong relationships with HR, business leaders, and Business Resource Groups to drive DEI&B initiatives.

Policy Development and Compliance: Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations and ensure compliance with DEI&B policies and procedures.

Employee Engagement: Foster a culture of inclusion and belonging through employee engagement programs, initiatives and events.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders

In-depth knowledge of DEI&B principles, practices, and regulatory requirements

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Passion for driving positive social change

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$85,400.00 – $106,800.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
