**Expected salary range of $94,500 to $105,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).**
**Primary** **Purpose** **of** **Position**
The Sr. Analyst, Digital Marketing is responsible for the day-to-day management, maintenance and support of our digital properties (Constellation.com, ConstellationEnergy.com, Compass intranet) that grow our brand awareness and loyalty, resonate with our target audiences and consistently deliver exceptional user experiences to customers, prospects, investors, job seekers and other stakeholders.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing Operations and MarTech Platforms.
**Primary Duties and Accountabilities**
+ **Overarching Objectives:** Leverage our content management platform (Adobe Experience Manager) to create new pages, add new content, revise existing content, etc. Includes specific responsibility for ConstellationEnergy.com and Constellation.com (B2B sections). Also, responsible for maintaining content across Constellation’s employee intranet in collaboration with contributors across the organization.Identify website-related bugs and enhancement opportunities, document requirements for developers (written and wireframes/prototypes), internal IT resources and external agency partners, prioritize project backlog, and manage Lytho requests through to deployment. Implement SEO best practices and recommendations from agency partners and subject matter experts to maximize traffic from organic search. This includes development of metadata, title tags, image captions, redirects, etc. across Corporate and Commercial web properties. Support web governance activities by maintaining proper documentation.
+ **Collaboration Across Teams:** Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure fresh, compelling web content and user experience that communicates Constellation’s business priorities and resonates with external stakeholders.
+ **Digital Property and Analytics Examples:** Work closely with the Manager, Digital Properties, MarTech & Analytics on online measurement and analytics. Includes creation of dashboards and reports for stakeholders at all levels of the organization (tools such as Google Data Studio), tag management to ensure consistent and accurate data collection (tools such as Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch), and A/B conversation rate optimization testing and personalization (tools such as Adobe Target or Optimizely).
+ **Support the goals and needs of the broader Marketing team, including but not limited to:** Entails covering for colleagues on FMLA, aiding with business continuity during staffing changes until new hires are recruited, helping to onboard newcomers and managers. Engage in local travel as needed and occasional national travel for team meetings or specific projects.
**Minimum** **Qualifications**
+ Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
+ Minimum of 5-8 years of digital marketing, communications or website management experience.
+ Experience managing websites and digital channels.
+ Knowledge of online user experience and website layout design principles.
+ Experience using CMS platforms to create and edit website and landing page content; Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) proficiency required.
+ Web analytics expertise with specific Google Analytics experience.
+ Skilled in search engine optimization (SEO), including technical implementation.
+ Proven leadership, credibility, interpersonal and collaboration skills.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; superior interpersonal ability; tact and diplomacy.
+ Ability to multi-task and work well under deadline pressure with external and internal partners at all levels.
+ Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Goal orientation with a high level of energy, enthusiasm and dedication to brand vision and community stewardship.
+ Broad experience in marketing communications or digital strategy.
+ Experience with WordPress, SharePoint, Google Tag Manager, and Adobe Launch.
+ Prior exposure to A/B testing and personalization tools such as Adobe Target or Optimizely.
+ Executive presence and broad experience interacting with senior executives.
