About the Role

Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA's business needs

Roles and Responsibilities:

Elicit and analyze business requirement and provide constructive technical solution  

Design and implement J2EE with team according to the functional spec.

Develop and maintain robot call/Call Center/Call Center AI quality inspection related applications

Ensure the maintained applications incident is response and resolved within the SLA.

Engage in or lead project through the whole project lifecycle.

Align with IT standard processes to build applications to improve on working efficiency.

Vendor management and task management.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science or Software Engineering related

More than 5-year experience in JAVA programming of life insurance

Be familiar with Spring, MyBatis, Sprintboot, Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, Vue. Have the experience in Websphere, tomcat, K8S

5+ years of SQL developing experience in popular database such as Oracle, MS SQL, MySQL etc.

AliCloud development experience is a plus

2+ years experience in Call Center AI quality inspection related applications development and maintenance

Familiar with Call Center CRM related applications is preferred

Quick learner and be active to learning new technologies

Experienced in project management, good coordination and communication skill

Good verbal, written and presentation communication skills of both mandarin and English
