Sr. Analyst, Incentive Planning

The Sr. Analyst, Incentive Planning is responsible for helping to design, implement and optimize sales incentive programs to drive sales and performance within the sales force.  

This Sr. Analyst, Incentive Planning role plays a crucial role in supporting the execution of programs that maximize sales and motivates/rewards the sales teams and individuals, with an emphasis on efficient spend.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, incentive planning, and a deep understanding of the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and deliver regular reports and presentations on competitive offers, transaction prices, incentive spend, etc. Analyze sales data to evaluate the effectiveness of incentive programs and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to document sales targets and objectives by employee and by studio. Work with cross-functionally to communicate commission program details, and terms and conditions to sales teams. Coordinate the rollout of sales commissions, including tracking and monitoring progress. Analyze performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales commissions. Generate regular reports and dashboards to track program performance. Identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for program improvements. Conduct training sessions or workshops to educate sales teams about sales commissions. Provide ongoing communication and updates regarding program changes or updates. Address questions and concerns from sales teams regarding commissions. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales commissions. Support Compensation and Legal teams to review program terms and agreements. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in sales commissions and bonus plans.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). 3+ years in sales operations, compensation, or commission program coordination, preferably in automotive Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and Tableau Detail-oriented and highly organized. Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to sales compensation and commissions. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with diverse stakeholders. Creative problem-solving skills.
