**Senior Analyst, Labor Management Analytics**
**Position Summary:**
The position will manage and develop standardized reporting and visualization solutions for the VF North American Distribution Center network. The role will be responsible for the development and maintenance of reporting tools and standard underlying processes with the goal of consolidating data common to distribution center operations; this includes key performance indicators, Base + metrics, Labor Management, and related reporting processes.
The individual must be well-versed in various data collection systems, reporting software and have a broad understanding of distribution processes. Key to success is translating these skills and associated data into tools that provide insights and support operational decisions, assist continuous process improvement, and lead to innovation.
**Key Accountabilities**
+ Strategize efficient data processes and execution of data collection, analysis and BI/BA reporting with focused support of Base+, KPIs, to support standard reporting for the VF North American Distribution Center network.
+ Maintenance of reporting and analytic tool development including internal and/or external resources, to provide actionable insights, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.
+ Manage consistent processes and configuration for Base + reports and daily Labor Management callouts.
+ Identify and collaborate with internal and external resources to build consistency and best practices in accurate report data from distribution operations.
+ Partner with network and corporate teams to implement process improvements: automating manual data and information sharing, optimizing data delivery, and re-designing processes for better efficiency and improved data integrity
+ Develop and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders to proactively identify and address business intelligence needs.
+ Continuous education to stay informed of analytic trends, data tools, information sharing and best practices.
+ Coordinate all system data maintenance and ensure 100% integrity.
+ Work closely with Engineering, Finance, operation and IT on adjustments and system changes.
**Knowledge, Capabilities, and Experience**
+ BS in Computer Science, Information Management, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
+ 3+ years managing processes, including data analysis, and reporting experience.
+ Ability to travel – 25%
+ Expertise with industry leading Labor Management systems
+ Technical expertise in database design and development, data mining, data models, and SQL development
+ Demonstrated analytic and critical thinking skills.
+ Established record of managing multiple projects and priorities
+ Ability to navigate industry leading programming languages and reporting tools.
+ Proven ability to perform root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer business questions and identify opportunities for improvement.
**Hiring Range** **:**
$69,600.00 USD - $87,000.00 USD annually
**Incentive Potential** : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
