Delta’s Revenue Management Team currently has an exciting
opportunity to help with the continuous development of the LATAM joint venture.
As a Sr. Analyst for Latin Pricing, you will play a crucial role in identifying
and driving revenue-maximizing pricing strategies for our South America
portfolio. This role offers an outstanding chance to work closely with our
partner LATAM, focusing on pricing segmentation, fare structures, and
competitive positioning.
Position Responsibilities
+ Coordinate published pricing actions with our SAMR JointVenture (JV) partner, LATAM.
+ Quickly analyze data, summarize results concisely, andpresent conclusions and recommendations effectively.
+ Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills,with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
+ Identify and analyze market issues and trends, determineappropriate pricing actions, and conduct post-audit assessments.
+ Apply technical skills and knowledge to ensure detailedexecution of pricing strategies.
+ Collaborate effectively with others in a fast-paced,team-centered environment with minimal oversight.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is required; experiencewith Brio/Hyperion/SAS is a plus.
+ Ability to build new or improve existing processes/tools.
+ Valuable experience participating in multiplecross-divisional projects.
+ Strongly preferred experience in pricing, revenuemanagement, or related fields.
+ Availability to occasionally work weekends.
+ Capability to balance multiple responsibilities in atime-sensitive environment based on revenue impact.
+ Satisfactory performance in your current position.
+ At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
+ Consistent prioritization of safety and security of self,others, and personal data.
+ Embrace a diverse group of people, thinking, and styles withan influential ability.
+ Natural curiosity to dig into data and understand underlyingdrivers of performance.

+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high schoolequivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work inthe United States.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)
+ 2+ years of relevant airline commercial experience inrevenue management, sales, or network planning.
+ Familiarity with pricing systems (ATPCO, Sabre AirPriceAVFM), unpublished pricing, and DLTerm.
+ Advanced knowledge of Delta’s analytical databases (RPAD,FPS, MIDT, DDS, etc)
