The Senior Analyst, MDM will report to the Senior Manager, MDM (Master Data Management) and will be tasked with leading initiatives and projects in the areas of data collection, clean up, publication and quality. This individual will be responsible for establishing quality expectations, writing procedures, Supplier training and onboarding with Supplier portal. Additionally, this person will assist the MDM team with data quality, and data management workloads as assigned.

The selected candidate will have sound analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills. A great candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills along with the ability to assess, develop and implement best practices. Specific Responsibilities:

Assist with process improvement initiatives through the disciplined use of measurements, accountability, analysis, and discussion of process alternativesAssist in the management and process flows for data managed by the MDM teamAnalyze metrics and data quality statisticsAssist with team defined KPI’s for data quality, and help publish monthly score cardsFollow established data integrity guidelines with direct interaction with our vendorsTroubleshoot and update data loads when integrity issues ariseWork collaboratively in a team environment.Collaborate with peers and other management staff.With Senior Manager, assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and additional workflows to maintain accurate data in the MDM system

Experience:

3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a B2B data management/PIM/data governance role.Knowledge of Product Info Management, Digital Asset Management, Master Data Governance, and Master Data Management best practices.Previous experience with quality control procedures and quality improvement programs.Prior experience in Stibo STEP Master Data Management system is required.Previous experience working with relationship database in a customer centric environmentProficient in producing and analyzing reports and metricsProficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and other statistical software.Advanced level knowledge of MS-Access requiredKnowledge of SQLKnowledge of SEO and SEMKnowledge of Google Analytics
