**Job Summary**
Responsible for gathering, analyzing and interpreting information about a market, product, or service to be offered in a market and the past, present and potential customers for the product or service. Researches market conditions specific to area of focus to determine potential sales of product and provides research on behalf of customer. Has in-depth experience, knowledge and skills in own discipline. Usually determines own work priorities. Acts as resource for colleagues with less experience.

**Core Responsibilities**
+ Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data collection methods, reporting processes, and analytical frameworks to improve efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness. Promotes and evangelizes a culture of excellence, data driven discussions, healthy skepticism, intellectual curiosity, knowledge sharing, and teamwork
+ Able to articulate product suite internally & externally, making observations, elevate to leadership
+ Organize and analyze data from various sources such as market research, internal and external viewership data, audiences, and other research tools to create and share actionable insights to support our sales teams.
+ Can look at data, a problem, or client feedback and think through how we can provide a solution.Can think about the big picture and see where a situation fits in the roadmap internally while weighing the revenue implications.
+ Collaborate with internal teams to provide strategic data analysis aligning with business goals and directives.
+ Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics to identify emerging opportunities, potential risks, and critical areas for improvement.
+ Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our performance against industry standards, identify gaps, and recommend strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
+ Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate key findings, actionable insights, and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
+ Partner with Product teams (Product, Product Marketing, Commercialization, Data teams, Engineering teams, etc.) to know products/projects status.Will keep leadership up to date with progress that will impact revenue and client needs. Will contribute to workflows, client feedback, elevating when needed, and seen as the SME of the field/vertical.
+ Be able to contribute or lead workstreams, integrations with vendors, and be seen as a leader within the team.Can step in for the Sr. Manager if needed.
+ Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
+ Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
+ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
