Position Summary:

As a Sales Comp Admin Senior Analyst, you will be part of the Enterprise Sales Compensation Administration team.  In this role, you will be responsible for administering the sales incentive plans and issuance of the resulting bonus compensation payments in conformity with legal, regulatory, compliance and plan design parameters.  You will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of the monthly/quarterly/annual payout cycles across all Caremark lines of business.  This role allows you to develop positive working relationships with multiple areas, including sales leadership, sales incentive plan participants, FP&A, technical support, HR, and product business partners.

You will accomplish this by:

Validating participant’s eligibility for sales incentive compensation timely, accurately and within sales incentive plan design parameters

Validating sales incentive compensation files prior to final submission to the payroll application

Creating sales incentive compensation reporting for sales and sales compensation leaders to ensure disciplined budget adherence and sales team performance metrics; including, but not limited to providing the data required for SIP Design efficacy analysis

Communicating with business partners at all levels in a well-organized, concise, and logical manner

Using technology to optimize existing incentive compensation processes and procedures to streamline quarterly payment process

You will thrive in this role if you:

Have experience with modifying existing process workflows and/or designing from start to completion

Have the technical savviness necessary to successfully model Specialty and PBM sales incentive compensation and sales compensation trends

Demonstrate strong quantitative and analytical skills

Demonstrate the ability to work on projects autonomously, with mentorship from team leaders

Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and eagerness to learn as well as promote exceptional collaboration

Required Qualifications:

At least 3 years of relevant work experience

Advance Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word)

Ability to learn new software applications (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau)

Previous work experience in finance, accounting, teaching and/or science

Previous work experience in fast paced, fluid, and time-sensitive environments

Knowledge of system implementation processes and testing procedures

Creation of process workflow knowledge (e.g., Alteryx)

Tableau experience knowledge of system implementation processes

Knowledge of incentive compensation plans preferred

Familiarity with PBM or Health Insurance is a plus

Effective time management and prioritization skills

Excellent analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills

Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and change management qualities

Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively

Ability to work collaboratively across multiple business verticals

Ability to handle multiple task assignments and work independently

Collaboration skills: work well across matrix organization

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree in finance, mathematics, engineer, accounting, or related field required; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $102,000.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
