Sr. Analyst, SAP Materials Management

Role Summary The Sr. Materials Management Analyst will be responsible for configuring, designing and maintaining SAP S4 HANA MM, supporting the supply chain teams with day to day and report metrics and reports to leadership to identify gaps for improvement. This position is located at our Normal, IL MFG Facility and will report to the Staff Solutions Engineer on our ERP Supply Chain team. Responsibilities Configure and maintain SAP S/4 HANA Materials Management Design and enhance SAP MM: Material master, Business partners, Purchase order, Scheduling Agreement, Delivery Schedules, Releases, Goods receipt, Stock Transfer Orders, Returns / reverse logistics, FIORI Apps Support current Supply Chain with helping on a day-to-day basis to optimize the Schedule agreement, MRP and Delivery schedules Report metrics and reports to the Lead on a periodic basis and identify gaps for improvement. Support Material master interfaces from PLM system and Purchase Order Release procedures Design and implement Scheduling Agreement, Shipment, Inter-company Stock Transfer Order, Quality inspection, GTM integration, Migration tools, Approval Workflows etc. Design and implement Interfaces to GTM and Transportation Management systems Deploy key processes in SAP MM processes: Consumption based planning, Purchasing, Inventory Management and Physical Inventory, Logistics Invoice Verification and Returnable Packaging Logistics, Have an expert level background in configuration of SAP MM module and are familiar with the different Supply Chain concepts Based on user requirements analysis prepare functional design and specifications, system configuration, perform relevant testing and deployment of the designed business solution. Work as a team member to build SAP MM functionality within the capacity of an individual contributor Must have SAP-MM interface experience with Core SAP-ECC modules like SAP-SD, SAP-LE, SAP-PP, SAP-QM and SAP-WM Perform Fit-gap analysis of the as-is design and development of the to-be design Qualifications Decision Quality – Making good and timely decisions that keep the organization progressing forward (“not just motion”) Cultivates Innovation – Creating new and better ways for the organization to be successful Drives Results – Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances Manages Conflict – Handles conflict situations effectively, with a win win mindset Communicates effectively – Develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear message to different audiences.
