Sr. Analyst, Talent Solutions
Overview Our Sr Talent Solutions Analyst (ATS Admin) role is the perfect fit for someone who has experience configurating applicant tracking systems. As our Sr Talent Solutions Analyst, you will be a part of the larger HRIS team and partner with other functional departments to implement technical solutions related to our talent processes. The Sr Talent Solutions Analyst will need to provide guidance on existing best practices, implementations, and ensure that all deployments are configured in accordance with Foot Locker, Inc. standard operating procedures. #LI-MN1 Responsibilities • Assist with defining the approach and end state architecture of talent solutions. • Work with team to translate organization requirements to system functionality and ensure understanding of system capabilities/limitations. • Create reports and analyze results to provide insight into configuration changes. • Participate in Talent Solutions initiatives, e.g., process improvement, product improvement, and identifying best practices to enhance ATS user experience. • Work with third-party vendors to define iCIMS integration specifications and requirements. • Work directly with HR Business partners to prepare configuration specifications. • Document configuration and development activities to meet timelines. • Work with PeopleSoft development to integrate talent solutions with iCIMS platform. • Coordinate quality assurance on the testing of configurations and support user acceptance testing by answering questions, guiding them through the process, recording and resolving issues. • Comply with and enforce Foot Locker, Inc.’s procedures, and policies. Qualifications • 4-year college degree required (analytic discipline a plus). • 2-4 years of experience in a role supporting iCIMS (preferrable) or another applicant tracking system. • Broad-based technology experience, including application development, system integrations and security. • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act tactically about business, product, and technical challenges. • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational, and time management skills. • Ability to work with technical staff on new Software features. • Solid analytical and technical skills with regard to software applications. • Strong team collaboration skills. • Experience presenting concepts and designs. • Self-motivated and able to assume responsibility and work autonomously in a professional manner. • Experience supporting project teams and meeting project timelines. Benefits The annual base salary range is $63000 - $82000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
