Position Overview:
The Senior Application Support Services Analyst provides expertise and support for key Mission Rock Residential software platforms. This includes implementing new functionality and upgrades, resolving complex tier 2 and 3 issues, identifying and streamlining business, and acting as the liaison to the business while working closely with the Information Technology Team. This role reports to the Applications Support Manager and requires a responsive, productive, customer service-oriented professional capable of working independently while collaboratively building strategic functionality and mentoring team members.
The ideal candidate has in-depth knowledge of the Yardi platform, and understanding of Yardi’s Affordable functionality and requirements, and experience working for mid-to-large size real estate companies.

Essential Job Requirements:
Configures, maintains, and troubleshoots various software systems.Provides support resolution via the Help Desk ticketing system, email, phone, and other collaboration tools.Delivers level 2 and level 3 support for Mission Rock Residential software platforms, including but not limited to the Yardi platform.Diagnoses and resolves issues utilizing strong technical skills, communications capabilities, and advanced SQL knowledge.Understands and supports affordable housing functions and processes within the Yardi system, addressing user inquiries and issues.Provides training, guidance, and technical support to end-users and team members.Participates in projects and implementations of new application modules, platform upgrades, and/or process improvements.Works collaboratively with project teams to define requirements, test configurations, and ensure successful rollouts.Develops, tests and supports application workflows, automation routines, reports and data extraction toolsDevelops and maintains documentation and knowledge base articles.Develops and/or modifies testing scripts.Consults with users to determine system functional specifications.Extracts data directly from relational databases as requested for end-user reporting needs.Acts as an escalation point for other Application Support Service Analysts. Knowledge:
Demonstrated expertise with Yardi 7s, Rent Café, and ySQLUnderstanding of real-estate accounting and multi-family operationsUnderstanding of Yardi Affordable functionalityUnderstanding of Yardi data model, relational databases and reporting toolsIntermediate to advanced knowledge of IT systems or software including the Microsoft Office Suite of productsSkills:
