Job Description:
· Weekly/Monthly Client Billing - Preparing and Sending Invoices to Clients
· Cash Applications - Preparing files for upload to record bank deposits in Oracle and manual direct data entry when receipt maintenance is needed.
· Research/Analyze Billing and Cash related issues - Provide customer service to both internal and external clients to assist with resolution of open reconciling items.
· Daily/Weekly/Monthly AR Reporting - Produce and publish various reports to support the business such as On Account Funds Reporting, Aging/Trial Balance Reports, Past Due reporting and create reports as needed
· Monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
· Financial and operational transaction processing General Ledgers for business line operations.
· Review, investigate and resolve significant accounting and reporting issues.
· Participate in accurate and timely closing of General ledgers on a monthly basis.
· Complete balance sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts and resolve discrepancies on a monthly basis.
· As requested, prepares appropriate commentary or explanations relating to report items of particular interest or significance.
· May contact operating or staff personnel for the purpose of supplying or explaining data, securing information or describing additional data.
· Respond to questions and issues and communicate responses to operations and other functional areas.
Job Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
· Minimum of 1 years of experience required in Accounts Receivable
· Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
· Excellent Written & Verbal communication skills
· Ability to independently identify problems, collect data, establish facts, prioritize, and draw valid conclusions to accomplish goals.
· Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of personality types.
· Strong Research/Analytical Skills
· Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multitask.
