The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. This role will support LinkedIn’s advertising business, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS), as part of the LMS Strategic Finance team, with a focus on Corporate Finance. Sitting at the intersection of product and sales, the team plays a critical role in ensuring leadership has a clear understanding of business performance through the P&L, enabling informed strategic decision-making. The individual in this role will analyze internal and external data to drive strategic insights, with a particular emphasis on headcount planning, expense management, and revenue optimization. They will also play an active role in key financial processes, including annual planning, quarterly business reviews, and month-end close. Success in this role requires strong financial modeling skills, analytical expertise, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. **Responsibilities:** + Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for execution with some support from more senior team members. + Builds collaborative relationships with other teams and seeks input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints. + Leverages insights and data to develop narratives to influence stakeholders with limited guidance. + Synthesizes problems and communicates point of view to support decision-making on issues related to individual work in smaller group discussions. + Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics- oriented perspective, with minimal supervision. + Exercises judgment within defined procedures to develop workstreams and operational processes. + Proactively identifies obstacles and works to unblock them with minimal support. + Supports performance management by creating, maintaining, and updating complex models and forecasts for assigned metrics. + Executes ad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions, deriving actionable insights from results. **Basic Qualifications** + Bachelor's Degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 3 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience. **Preferred Qualifications** + 1 year of experience in the technology industry. **Suggested Skills** + Financial Acumen + Forecasting + Data Analysis + Problem Solving + Project Management LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $96,000 to $156,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
