We are looking for a Strategic Finance Sr. Associate (LMS) to join our team in leading our top- and bottom-line impact through objective analysis, operational insights, and strategic initiatives. This person will focus on a number of business-wide initiatives including but not limited to product GTM, operating model redesign, and long-term strategic planning to support growth of LinkedIn Marketing Solutions – our ads business. **Responsibilities:** + Learns to identify new opportunities for growth within a limited scope and supports strategy development with business partners. + Validates and executes pressure testing of growth opportunities. + Operationalizes ideas and develops plans for execution with some support from more senior team members. + Builds collaborative relationships with other teams and seeks input and feedback to develop an understanding of their priorities and constraints. + Communicates implications of work (e.g., forecasts, analyses, trends) to senior cross-functional stakeholders to drive action. + Leverages insights and data to develop narratives to influence stakeholders with limited guidance. + Partners with cross-functional stakeholders to support the growth of initiatives by providing a metrics- oriented perspective, with minimal supervision. + Exercises judgment within defined procedures to develop workstreams and operational processes. + Proactively identifies obstacles and works to unblock them with minimal support. + Access, transform, and synthesize data from cross-platform data sources and analyze to assess signals, trends, and risks. + Executes ad hoc analyses to prove/disprove hypotheses and address ambiguous or complex business questions, deriving actionable insights from results. + Contributes to the culture and values of the organization including diversity, inclusion, and belonging, through organization-wide events and initiatives. Basic Qualifications + Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field AND minimum 3 years of experience in finance, finance accounting, management consulting, investment banking, or related field OR equivalent experience.
