Resource Innovations is seeking a Sr. Associate to join our growing team in Illinois. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Associate with a strong background in project management to join our dynamic team. As an/a Sr. Associate you will support a large electrification serving customers in Northern Illinois.

Duties and Responsibilities

Support Program Managers in project development, tracking and analysis, and management of energy efficiency projects.   Identify and escalate issues as appropriate and recommend strategies to address issues.   Provide general administrative support to the project teams.   Function as a cooperative and cohesive member of project teams.   Demonstrate a willingness to play a variety of roles (e.g., administrative, quality assurance, research, writing) as required to achieve project/task success.   Technical experience with energy efficiency, HVAC, energy efficiency audits or related technologies Complete assignments on schedule and within the allotted budget or hours.   Successfully and independently track and performs small tasks within a project or program.   Track multiple task or project deadlines and alerts manager in advance of conflicts.   Other duties as assigned.
