Purpose:  Accountable to delivering marketing strategies within the commercial goals for the neurodegenerative portfolio by effectively managing the allocated promotional budget and partnering across the organization to drive volume growth in the Alzheimer’s indications. Must lead on marketing strategies and deliver tactical execution to achieve optimal customer experiences.

Patients:

Operates with high integrity, complies with Lilly policies and procedures, external legal and compliance requirementsWilling to spend time meeting customers develop external relationshipsAccountable for leading the delivery of high-quality promotional materials and other tactics with a focus on omnichannel solutions.Participates in developing clear customer plans focused on helping patients, identifying and prioritizing trade-offs to maximize impact to patients in Portugal.

Performance:

Execute omnichannel marketing plan.Develop, approve and manage life cycle of promotional materials across indications.Develop insights from data in decision making (e.g. quarterly metrics review and action plans)Strives for excellence in not only the results but also how the results are achieved.

KEY COMPETENCIES

Qualifications: University degree

Pharmaceutical / marketing / sales / medical / scientific or equivalent education.

Skills & Attributes:

Valuable expertise in Alzheimer's disease, including current treatments, market trends, and patient needs. Strong track record of marketing and/or sales successes and strong organizational skillsCapability to work with and build consensus among a wide range of partners, including affiliate, Hub, IBU and global stakeholders. Capability to drive change and performance.Strong diplomatic and interpersonal skills, able to be humble yet inspire respect and trust from others.Continuous demonstration of Lilly’s core values of excellence, integrity, and respect for people.Prioritization and ability to work under pressure and to meet tight and competing deadlines.Effective work in a highly regulated and politically sensitive environment.

Languages:  Portuguese, English
